Supervision of the inside sales team, including service and repair department Team's response to customer inquiries regarding products and services Team's quotes and execution to meet customer contracts Support outside sales team Profit and loss of the facility ERP System Team Leader Qualifications of the Engineering Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:
BS Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical preferred) 3 years of experience working with industrial rotating equipment, industrial bearing and power transmissions 2 years of management experience required Strong people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a self-motivated team player Effective and proven leader Additional Information:
