I have a client located near Fort Wayne, IN that has a need for a Project Engineer or Engineering Manager.
As the Project Engineer/Engineering Manager you will perform product design, development, build, support product release and assist in project management.
Design work will be completed in SolidWorks and involve creating concepts, working models, 2-D & 3-D drawings.
You will also perform required analysis to ensure designs meet engineering principles.
Typical projects will involve design and steel fabrication for industrial-size Metal Recycling, Material Handling, Conveyors & Asphalt equipment.
Required:
o Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
o 4 plus years of design and developing steel fabricated and machined productso SolidWorks and/or Inventor design experience.
o Structural and plate steel knowledgeo 4
Years in a Project Engineer role, having direct responsibility for product design & development throughout product lifecycle.
o Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
Pay:
$30-50/hr.
(Depending on experience)This is a contract to permanent position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
