Pro Resources is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a client in Avilla, IN.
This is an entry level sales position in which you will learn the business with a potential for advancement within the sales organization.

Quarterly BonusJob DutiesDevelop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with our direct customers as assigned under the guidance of the Direct Sales ManagerGain industry through specific training and independent studyUnderstand product offering, our key differentiators and selling strategyMaintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our customersWork with the Direct Sales Team and other associates to support the sales process Build technical proficiency to provide general and technical support to current and potential customersDevelop a technical understanding of our manufacturing capabilities Work with the Direct Sales Manager and Direct Sales Representatives to develop and implement the sales strategy Handle changes from the customer and support internal/external communication required to execute the order changeAssist the Direct Sales team in the development of quotes, orders, and projects as requested Travel as needed, less than 20%Background ProfileHigh School Diploma and minimum 1-year experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service or similar role within manufacturing.

Years' experience with MS Office, excellent computer skills.
Prior experience in a sales environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or similar role.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
