Senior Account Manager LSP Area Sales

DIRECTV is seeking a Senior Account Manager for LSP Area Sales.
This strategic leader will be responsible for managing relationships with independent business owners to drive sell through of DIRECTV products and services.
This individual contributor will be critical to the DIRECTV Sales & Service Organization's ability to successfully attain their business goals.
Here's what you'll do:
Develop and manage the indirect retail sales channel throughout Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and the Western Pennsylvania area.
Full P&L, Budgeting, and marketing responsibility for quarterly sales and promotions.
Execute co-marketing programs and devise unique segmentation tactics from the highest ROI on marketing spend.
Regular training, development, and coaching of all indirect dealer accounts, including hosting and presenting quarterly at Roadshows for 100
Dealers, Agents, and Distributor Partners.
What you'll need to be successful:
Typically requires 7
years of sales experience.
Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Familiarity with face to face, traditional, and digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Training experience leading in person trainings of 50
attendees.
Team player willing to collaborate and work with peers across the region.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.
This role requires a minimum, but is not limited to, 50% travel.
This virtual role requires the candidate to reside in Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$72,200 - $131,100Low (N1):
$72,200 - $108,300Mid (N2):
$76,000 - $114,000High (N3):
$83,600 - $125,400Top (N4):
